Information We Collect

LearnMath is designed with privacy first. We collect no personal information whatsoever. Specifically:

• We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal identifiers.
• We do not track your location, device ID, or IP address.
• We do not use analytics, crash reporting services, or any tracking SDKs.
• We do not display advertisements of any kind.

The only data that exists within the app is your lesson progress — which is stored entirely on your own device and never sent anywhere.

Local Data Storage

LearnMath stores your learning progress locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences storage mechanism. This includes:

• Which lessons you have marked as completed
• Your preferred display theme (dark or light mode)
• Your selected text size preference

This data is:

• Stored only on your device — never transmitted to any server
• Never backed up to the cloud or any external service
• Fully deletable by clearing the app's data in your device settings
• Removed automatically when you uninstall the app

Third-Party Services

LearnMath does not integrate with any third-party services, including:

• No advertising networks (AdMob, Meta Ads, etc.)
• No analytics platforms (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• No social media SDKs (Facebook, Google Sign-In, etc.)
• No crash reporting tools (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
• No payment processors

The app is distributed through Google Play Store. Google's own privacy policy applies to the download and distribution process. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for those interactions.

Children's Privacy

LearnMath is designed to be safe and appropriate for all ages, including children. Because we collect absolutely no personal data, the app is inherently compliant with children's privacy regulations including:

• COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
• GDPR-K (General Data Protection Regulation for children)

Parents and guardians can be confident that their children's use of LearnMath involves no data collection, no tracking, and no communication with external servers.

Your Rights

Since we collect no personal data, traditional data rights (access, portability, deletion) apply only to the local device data. You can exercise full control by:

• View your data: Open app settings to see your progress
• Delete your data: Use "Reset All Progress" in app settings, or clear app data in Android settings
• Export your data: Not applicable — the data is already entirely yours on your device

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR. However, since we process no personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or erase on our end.

Data Security

Your progress data is protected by your device's own security mechanisms (PIN, fingerprint, encryption). Since we transmit no data over the internet, there is no risk of interception or server-side data breach affecting your information.

We follow secure development practices in building LearnMath and keep all dependencies up to date to prevent known vulnerabilities.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify users through an in-app notice.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
